Top-quality flavor rail cabinets from C. Nelson
Flavor rail cabinets are chest freezers with a jar rack or flavor rail welded to the top. Our Flavor Rail series features an insulated rail with an open bottom to the cabinet. The cold air from the cabinet rises into the rail and will hold a temperature of 40-50 degrees, depending on the ambient conditions at your location. Our BDF series has stainless flip doors or optional stainless steel sliding doors. The Jar Rack series has no insulation and is made for shelf-stable toppings. This series features stainless steel doors that slide under the jar rack, and some sizes can be made with a cooler section. Custom modifications to all series are available at an extra cost, with pumps, ladles, and jars sold separately.
