C. Nelson takes great pride in the quality of our truck freezers, dipping cabinets, ice cream freezers, and other equipment. Our motto is, “We build only good products, at a profit if we can, at a loss if we must, but only good products.” In the rare case of a problem, we will make good by repairing or replacing your product. Any service call will require that you provide a credit card payment for the service call, parts, and/or repairs until a C. Nelson representative can authorize the call as valid for warranty coverage. Parts must be supplied by CNMC for warranty coverage and replaced parts supplied by others will be credited to the service agency at the price C. Nelson pays for parts, no more.
