Refund & Return Policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, if a part/unit arrives damaged during shipment, refuse delivery, and the part/unit will be returned to our facility for resolution. 

If you do not refuse delivery, the shipping fee will be charged back to you when creating the return shipment label.

If you received the wrong item or it’s defective, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first gaining our approval and receiving a return shipment label will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by contacting us to pay for a return shipment label, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
